Editorial standards
The rules every page follows, so each claim can be judged on its source.
Contents
Sources first
Every factual claim about a product links to a source we opened, with the access date. Vendor figures, such as customer counts or return-on-investment studies, are labelled as vendor-reported. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out or state that it is not published.
Fair to the incumbent
Acumatica is described from its own pages, including what it does well. A comparison that only lists an incumbent's weaknesses is of no use to a company deciding whether to leave it.
Fair to every alternative
Each alternative gets the same structure: who it suits, who it does not, its strengths, its limits and when to choose something else. Limits are stated as plainly for our top pick as for any other entry.
No paid placement
No vendor pays to appear, to be ranked or to be described differently. Links to vendor sites are there for the reader's convenience.
How we use AI tools
AI tools assist our research and first drafts. Every factual claim is checked against the source it cites before publication.
