Most pages that rank for "Acumatica alternatives" are published by a competing vendor or one of its resellers, with that vendor in first place and no stated method. This guide sets out its method, cites the vendor's own page for every claim and says when staying on Acumatica is the better choice.

Who it is for

Finance directors, controllers, operations managers and owners at companies that run Acumatica today, most of them distributors, manufacturers, contractors and service firms with somewhere between 50 and 500 employees. We assume the reader knows their business and their ERP far better than we do, and wants the comparison without the sales pitch.

How it is made

Each alternative is described from its vendor's own published pages: product pages, pricing pages and customer stories. Acumatica is described the same way, from its own site. Every fact carries a source with the date we opened it. The same seven criteria apply to every option, and you can read and challenge them on the methodology page.

We update the main comparison at least once a quarter, and sooner when a vendor changes its prices or products. Every page shows its last update and keeps a short log of changes.

Names and trademarks

Acumatica, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Odoo, Epicor Kinetic, Sage Intacct and SAP Business One are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named only to identify the products compared. This guide is independent of all of them and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Acumatica or any other vendor named here.

Corrections

If a fact is wrong or a ranking seems unfair, tell us. We check every report, correct verified errors quickly and note the change on the page.
